First Time Homebuyers Program & Landlord Tenant Responsibility Workshops
Our first-time homebuyer's education classes seek to prepare and assist homebuyers in becoming savvy homeowners. We offer In person and online workshops.
We also offer a two-hour Landlord/ tenant multilingual workshop to provides overview of best practices and legal rights and responsibilities of the tenants and landlords.

Homeowner
Resources
Our Homeowner Services offer crucial support through Foreclosure Prevention and Homeowner Counseling.
We help homeowners create crisis budgets and compile the necessary documents for loan modifications, forbearance plans, and other prevention strategies. This counseling empowers individuals to effectively manage financial crises, providing practical solutions to retain their homes and fostering stability during challenging times."

Rental Resources and Assistance Program
Rental Resource Assistance and Counseling works to reduce housing insecurities by proactively addressing issues early through an upstreaming model. The program provides counseling to renters, helping to tackle challenges before they escalate into crises. With preventive strategies focused on financial instability and eviction risks, it aims to address the root causes of housing insecurity. The program also promotes community engagement, educating renters about their rights and fostering collaboration between renters, landlords.
